  • Yes! In most cases this is a qualified healthcare expense, and an HSA or FSA card may be used on our secure payment platform. We do not bill any insurance, and are considered out-of-network.

  • To allow enough time, we encourage scheduling sick visits for more than 1 child in back-to-back appointment times. If adjacent visits are not available, please call 719.435.9979 for assistance. If during the visit you desire another child to be seen for a related issue, there is a discounted rate for additional child(ren) seen during an in-person visit: $125/child. Discounted rate for additional child(ren) seen during a telehealth visit: $50/child

  • Little Big Care is the ONLY pediatric-specific urgent care in El Paso County and surrounding areas. Our experienced pediatric providers focus on your child’s comfort, and your peace of mind. Kids are not little adults, and can be challenging to evaluate and treat without pediatric training. We ensure pediatric conditions are treated appropriately, avoiding unnecessary tests and treatments.

  • No. Our Pediatric Urgent Care is a NON-member service, no commitment required, with just as-needed sick visits.

    Milestone Pediatrics does offer an all-inclusive membership model for well checks, sick visits, and 24/7 secure messaging with your pediatrician.

  • If a laceration requires stitches instead of skin glue, staples or steri-strips, there will be an additional charge and the visit will need to be scheduled in-office.

  • If your child needs an xray or lab test, we can order those to be completed, but it will incur a separate charge from the outpatient radiology or lab facility of your choosing (& billed to insurance). We will follow up with STAT results.

  • We do not provide IV fluids, but find they can almost always be avoided with early pediatric treatment and proper hydration guidance!
